Shaia has booked several vacations for my family, including a Disney World Trip, a trip for two to Las Vegas, a long weekend in New York, and our favorite to date.....a cruise to Key West and the Bahamas! All of our vacations booked through Shaia have been fabulous. We have been to Disney World several times throughout the years and as always, it is our favorite "magical place." The trip to Las Vegas was great for me.....my husband ended up with the flu! We will try that one again one day :) Our family trip to New York was a favorite for sure and we had NO problems at all.....not ONE! It was fantastic! The lights, the sights! Everything was exactly what we had hoped it would be! We would love to book this trip again one day. Our cruise to Key West and the Bahamas was the first one we had ever been on and EVERYTHING went so smoothly. I was a little nervous because we took two friends of the family and had never traveled across the sea before. Can't wait for the next Hughes Family Vacation to be booked!
My family used Go Enchanted Travel for a recent trip to Disney and she was a wealth of knowledge! Her knowledge and experience helped in planning the perfect trip! She knew all the tips and tricks I would never have figured out on my own! We appreciated her help so much, that my husband and I have an upcoming cruise in October in which Shaia also assisted us in planning. I know with her help, my upcoming first cruise will be an amazing time! Prior to the Disney trip I had never used a travel agent and now I cannot imagine planning a vacation without her! ~Kristi
What a blast. It was my husband's 50th birthday and our wedding anniversary. He's always wanted to go to Alaska. But being a person with extreme motion sickness, I was terrified of doing a cruise. But Shaia said it was the easiest way to see Alaska, and said she would take care of me. She got us a room with the least movement on the boat and then went beyond. We got priority boarding, champagne in our room, free laundry service....I cannot even mention all the wonderful perks we received. Prior to the event, she kept in contact with me throughout, made the payments easy, and walked me through the whole process. The event itself was incredible. Everything was very well organized, lots of activities, and beautiful sites. I am booking my next event with her now. She makes the process fun and easy, and so much excitement leading up to the event, so when the vacation comes, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy! ~Teresa

Planning a Disney vacation can easily become very overwhelming but Shaia helps every step of the way as well as offers tips and advice to make the most of the trip. ALL our trips have turned out fantastic!!!
Our daughter refers to Shaia as her own "Fairy Godmother" because she always seems to make all her Disney wishes come true!

We absolutely love Shaia. She has so far planned two last minute trips to Disney for us. I was afraid that we had waited too late but she made it happen. Not only did she help me so much planning the trip, she was also there for me during the trip. She answered my stressed and worried standing in the middle of Disney calls at all hours. She helped me so much to make our vacations the best. Can't wait to plan our next trip! She is an awesome travel coordinator and I wouldn't use anyone else.
